The Original Rinaldi’s Deli & Cafe is a family-owned and operated business serving delicious sandwiches, salads, and classic American casual fare since 1996. The deli’s roots trace back to the East Coast, where Michael Rinaldi’s father opened the original location. Years later, Bill and Laura Chen purchased the business from a close friend of Michael’s and built upon the foundation created through years of dedication and quality.
Bill and Laura are passionate about creating a welcoming experience where customers feel like part of the family. They believe in getting to know their guests, serving great food, and making every visit a memorable one. They are also committed to supporting the local community by sourcing ingredients from local farms and vendors whenever possible.
